The NOAH Center is thrilled to boo-gie with you at our 1st Annual Wag-o-Ween Event on Saturday October 21, 2023 at Seafarer’s Memorial Park in Anacortes! We will have a howling good time from 10 am to 1 pm with live music, and a spooky fun costume contest for you and your pup! This is a family friendly event, however the dogs will be trick-or-treating and there may not be people friendly treats. Tickets are $30 per person and one dog.
