To commemorate this anniversary and to thank loyal riders, Skagit Transit will be holding a free public ceremony on November 1st, 2023. The ceremony will begin at 11:00am and conclude at 1:00pm at Skagit Station – 105 E. Kincaid Street, Mount Vernon, WA. Light refreshments will be provided at this event.
