The Anacortes Lions Club Holiday Parade is on to welcome the winter season!

We are inviting community groups to join the fun on Saturday, December 3rd, assembling at 10:00 AM in Old Downtown Anacortes to start Parade at 11:00 AM!
Parade participants are asked to decorate trucks, floats, cars, and walking groups in fun holiday garb to parade up Commercial Avenue to start the joy for the season.
Participants are to assemble around 10 AM at 3rd and O avenue in different areas,
depending on the type of entry –
● Lining up on Commercial and 3rd St – Flag Bearers, Town Crier, Mayor & Santa’s Car on Commercial and 3rd ~ Classic Cars on Commercial between 3rd and 2nd westside with Rotary Grinches on eastside
● Lining up on 3rd St near Commercial – Lion’s truck, Choir and Marching Band on south side of 3rd with Emergency vehicles on north side of 3rd
● Lining up on 3rd and O Ave – Floats, Vans with passengers, Walkers
● Lining up on 2nd St near Cortland Rope – Equestrians and horse drawn Carriages
PARADE will start at 11:00 AM and proceed up Commercial Avenue from 3rd to
10th Street, go west on 10th Street crossing O & N Avenues to disperse near Causland Park.
