The Anacortes Public Library serves the citizens of Anacortes and visitors 6 days a week, providing free WIFI, a place to study and play, free meeting rooms for personal use, and more. Weekly storytimes, teen and adult programs, and a vast array of reading materials engage the community and connect you to the resources you need. A variety of free spaces, including children’s play areas, an outdoor playground, private study rooms with WIFI access and more are available to use during all open hours.
Visit the library to become a member, or to use any of our in-house services anytime the library is open. Visitors can access all services with the exception of borrowing privileges free of charge. Membership is free to all Anacortes City residents, and available to all for a nominal fee. Explore digital services like audiobook streaming and eBook libraries and make the most of your library experience from anywhere.
