Join birds of a feather for this hike into the Little Cranberry Lake area, where we’ll listen to the meandering echoes of the morning’s dawn chorus. With fair weather, we’ll likely hear songs and calls of birds of all kinds. If you’re a fledgling bird enthusiast and just learning calls and songs, this will be a great group from which to learn. Long-time enthusiasts and experts, come ready to share your knowledge!
Friends of the Forest will bring a few guides, a few pairs of binoculars, and a scope. We’ll use sanitizing wipes in between users to keep everyone as safe as possible. You are welcome to bring your own binoculars, scopes, notebooks, and bird guides.
