Join us for The First Friday Artwalk on Friday, July 1 from 6pm – 8pm.

402 Commercial Ave, ONE Real Estate
ONE Real Estate is proud to introduce featured artist, Pennie Janousek (Whidbey Island). Her Botanical Illustrations hark back to an era, before photography when illustrations were used as a means of scientific documentation of a species. Using the mediums of watercolor, colored pencil, or gouache, Pennie brings her flowers and plants to life in vivid color. Original framed artwork, as well as prints and cards, will be available for sale. Snacks provided.

404 Commercial Ave, Joanie Schwartz Glass

Joanie Schwartz Glass is a working teaching studio where the art of glass fusing is made and taught. Come by and see the multitude of techniques that this creative art offers for both the novice and experienced. JSG offers a wide variety of other hand-created work from artists here in the PNW and around the country, most of whom are women. You’ll find nothing imported.

419 Commercial Ave., The Majestic Inn and Spa
The Majestic Inn presents work by Lois Judd. Judd studied Visual Arts at the University finally working as a high school teacher for many years. Her paintings and mosaics imaginatively honor the beauty of our world through color, pattern, and contrasts.
